This healthy berry smoothie is extra-creamy and made without any bananas! Make it for breakfast or a snack this week!

Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, blackberries)
  • 1 cup dairy-free unflavored yogurt
  • 1 scoop protein powder unflavored or vanilla
  • Optional: ice if using fresh berries
  • Optional: 1/4 cup nut milk
  • Optional toppings: more berries and hemp seeds
Instructions
  1. Blend everything in a high-speed blender. If your mixture is too dry and is not blending very well, add 1/4 cup of nut/non-dairy milk to help blend.
  2. Optional: top your smoothie with more berries and hemp seeds.
