Ingredients
  • 1 flatbread crust (see SimpleFitVegan recipe for Chickpea Flour Flatbread recipe)
  • 2 tbsp hummus
  • 1 tsp spicy chili crisp (it’s a chili oil condiment, my favorite brand is Laoganma's Spicy Chili Crisp and it’s sold in most grocery stores in the U.S.) Note: you can also use hot sauce as an alternative
  • ½ cup chopped greens such as arugula or kale
  • 1 tsbp dairy-free yoghurt or tahini
Instructions
  1. If using SimpleFitVegan Chickpea Flour Flatbread recipe, after the flatbread is made, top it with all the ingredients in the following order: hummus, spicy chili crisp, greens, and drizzle with dairy-free yogurt or tahini.

  2. If using a store-bought flatbread, then warm it in a skillet first, about 2 mins on each side. Then top with all the ingredients in order listed in # 1 above.
