Add an unbelievably rich and complex flavor to any dish with this Smoky Tahini Dressing.

Ingredients
  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • ½ cup warm water
  • juice of 1 lemon, medium size
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Blend everything.
  2. Adjust ingredients as needed. Add more lemon juice for more acidity, add more garlic if you’d like a stronger garlic flavor, add more salt to round flavors together.
  3. Depending on the brand of tahini paste, your sauce maybe thicker or thinner. If your sauce is too thick, add more water, 1 tbsp at a time until you reach desired consistency.
