This delicious Pomegranate Vinaigrette Dressing recipe is made with only 4 ingredients! It’s the best dressing for your winter salads. Plus, it’s dairy-free, gluten-free, and refined-sugar free.

Ingredients
  • 3/4 cup pomegranate seeds
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tsp maple syrup or agave
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor or high-speed blender and blend, about 30 seconds to 1 minute, depending on the model of your food processor/blender.

  2. Store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. 

Recipe Notes

Note: When storing in the fridge, the dressing will separate. Give it a good shake before serving.
