Healthy, oil-free, gluten-free dressing that works well with salads, tacos, buddha bowls, and vegetable sides!

Ingredients
  • 1/2 unflavored, plain non-dairy yogurt
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tsp mustard
  • 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • pinch of sea salt
  • pinch of black pepper
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl.
  2. Taste it an adjust ingredients to taste. Add more maple syrup for sweetness, mustard for tang, salt to round up the flavors.
  3. Store in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
