These gluten-free vegan chocolate chip waffles only require 6 ingredients and 8 minutes! They are healthy, low on sugar, crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside!

olive oil/coconut oil/oil of choice

vegan chocolate chips

Combine all ingredients, except for the chocolate chips, and whisk to combine.

Gently fold in chocolate chips and mix with a spatula.

Pour mixture into a waffle maker and cook for 3 minutes.

Note: To make one large waffle pour the entire mixture in the waffle maker at once. Alternatively, pour half of the mixture at a time to make two medium waffles.

Top with more agave or maple syrup, if desired.
