Grease a 9x5 loaf pan with olive oil and pour in the batter. Bake at 350F / 175 C for 25-30 minutes. At 25 minutes, insert a toothpick and if it comes out clean the banana bread is done! If not, bake for another 5 minutes and repeat the toothpick test.
