Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk the batter well.

Pour ½ cup of batter on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until you see air bubbles forming. Flip the flatbread and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
