Gluten-free, oil-free, vegan flatbread recipe made 10 minutes in a skillet! Perfect for flatbread pizzas, avocado toasts, or as a breakfast toast.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • ½ cup potato starch
  • 1 cup water
  • ¼ tsp sea salt
Instructions
  1. Heat non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and whisk the batter well.
  3. Pour ½ cup of batter on the pan and cook for 2-3 minutes, until you see air bubbles forming. Flip the flatbread and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. The flatbread is perfect to make mini pizzas or eat in place of toast.
