Healthy, chocolately, sweet dessert hummus recipe that is so delicious, you won’t believe it’s made from chickpeas!

Ingredients
  • 1 can chickpeas, approx. 1 1/2 cup
  • 1/4 cup tahini
  • 1/4 cup + 1 tbsp agave or maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/8 tsp sea salt
  • 2 tbsp chickpea water
  • 1 tbsp grated unsweetened dark chocolate
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients, except for the grated dark chocolate, in a food processor and pulse for 1 minute. If the mixture is too dry and clumps together, then add an additional tablespoon of chickpea water at a time.
  2. Taste the mixture and add more agave or maple syrup if you’d like it sweeter.
  3. Put in a glass jar in the fridge and let rest for at least 4 hours.
