Ingredients
  • 1 cup frozen pineapple
  • 1 cup frozen mango
  • 3/4 cup water or coconut water
  • 4 tbsp maple syrup or agave
  • Optional toppings: crushed pistachios or coconut chips
Instructions
  1. Blend all the ingredients in a high-speed blender or food processor.
  2. Transfer to a small baking dish and freeze for at least 2 hours.
  3. Add optional toppings before serving.
