(mixed berries, strawberries, blackberries, or blueberries)

maple syrup or agave

Optional: crushed cookies of choice
(graham crackers, animal crackers, vanilla wafers, etc.)

Blend frozen fruit in a high-speed blender or food processor until it reaches smoothie consistency. Transfer to a bowl.

Stir in maple syrup or agave.

Gently fold in yogurt. Note: if you want more of a swirl effect, do not mix yogurt too much.

Fill popsicle molds leaving a little bit of room on top for crushed cookies. Add crushed cookies, insert popsicle sticks and freeze for at least 2 hours. Note: if you don’t have popsicle molds, use paper cups or lined muffin tins.
