5-minute simple tahini dressing is a perfect go-to dressing for salads, buddha bowls, falafels, burgers and grilled veggies!

Ingredients
  • ½ cup tahini paste
  • ½ cup warm water
  • juice of 1 medium size lemon
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • ¼ tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Blend everything in a food processor or blender until smooth. Adjust ingredients as needed. Add more lemon juice for more acidity, add more garlic if you’d like a stronger garlic flavor, add more salt to round flavors together.

  2. Depending on the brand of tahini paste, your sauce maybe thicker or thinner. If your sauce is too thick, add more water, 1 tbsp at a time until you reach desired consistency.
