Ingredients
  • 1/2 cup oats, gluten-free or regular

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp almond butter (or any seed butter)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dairy-free milk (almond, oat, cashew, etc.)
  • 1/2 cup pitted cherries
Instructions
  1. Mix all ingredients in a glass jar except for cherries.

  2. Let sit in the fridge for at least four hours, preferably overnight.

  3. Top with cherries right before serving. If the mixture is dense, add 1 tbsp of almond milk.
