Ingredients
  • 1 banana
  • 1 mango
  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1/2 cup almond milk or nut milk of choice
  • 1/2 cup ice
  • Optional: protein powder chia seeds, nut butter
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients in a high-speed blender and blend on a ‘smoothie’ setting until everything is mixed well.
  2. Serve immediately.
