These healthy, vegan chocolate chip pancakes are
made with whole wheat flour for maximum nutrition. They’re easy to make and incredibly
delicious!

Ingredients
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 cup nut milk
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Vegan Chocolate Chips)
Instructions

  2. Mix all dry ingredients. Then whisk in all the wet ingredients. Whisk everything together until well combined. Gently mix in chocolate chips.
  3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Make sure the pan is very hot before you start cooking.
  4. Spray the pan with a little bit of oil and pour 1/4 cup of batter for each pancake. Once you see bubbles forming on the service, it’s time to flip!
  5. Serve with sweet syrup of choice such as agave or maple syrup.
