2 tbsp of ground flax seeds + 5 tbsp water, let sit for 10 minutes

melted coconut oil

Optional toppings when serving: nut milk,
dairy-free yoghurt, additional fresh fruit, or extra agave.

Preheat oven to 375 F degrees.

Combine all the dry ingredients in one bowl: oats, almonds, cinnamon, baking powder and sea salt. Then add wet ingredients and mix well.

In a 8x8 baking pan, start by layering half of berries at the bottom.

Add all half of oat mixture on top and flatten.

Layer the rest of the berries and top with oat mixture. Flaten the top.

Add a few more berries on top for decoration. Then sprinkle with coconut flakes.

Bake for 45 mins.

Serve either warm or cold with suggested toppings.
