Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brussel sprouts
  • 1 1/2 tbsp toasted sesame oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  2. Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in quarters.
  3. In a large bowl, toss with toasted sesame oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized, flipping half-way through. Transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Sprinkle sesame seeds.
  6. Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
