Ingredients
  • 2 cups Brussel Sprouts
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp balsamic
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Pre-heat oven to 400 F / 200 C.
  2. Rinse and cut Brussel Sprouts in half.
  3. In a large bowl, toss with olive oil, salt and pepper. Place on a baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 20 minutes until caramelized. Transfer to a large bowl.
  5. Mix balsamic vinegar with maple syrup in a separate bowl and then pour over roasted Brussel Sprouts. Toss well.
  6. Store in the fridge in an air tight container for up to 3 days.
