  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup of greens: spinach mixed greens, arugula
  • ½ cup dry oats
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp flax seeds
  • 3/4 cup almond milk
  • juice of ½ lemon
Instructions
  1. Blend everything in a high-speed blender. Serve immediately.
