Ingredients
  • 1 cup Shiitake mushrooms, cut lengthwise into strips
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
Instructions
  1. Preheat non-stick skillet on a medium heat.
  2. Add shiitake mushrooms, sesame oil, and soy sauce.
  3. Sauté for about 3 minutes, until mushrooms are soft. Shiitake mushrooms cook quickly.
  4. Optional: serve over buckwheat soba noodles and fresh arugula (as shown in the video).
