Cherries are a very healthy fruit. It aids in digestion, helps with inflammation, controls blood sugar levels and helps inhibit several types of cancer due to its carotenoids content. By having Cherry Pie Overnight Oats for breakfast you are really just inhaling all the goodness there is -;)
