Never get bored with eating a salad again! Try these three easy, delicious, vegan salad dressings that are healthy, oil-free, dairy-free, and nut-free.
Welcome to Day 11 of the Two-Week Plant-Based Cooking challenge! Today’s theme is oil-free salad dressings.
I don’t know about you, but I’ve been trying to have a big bowl of salad for lunch every day. This is my second month of self-isolation at home and lemme tell ya, not snacking every hour is kind of hard!
So, to keep healthy and to make sure I’m getting my daily dose of everything I need to eat as vegan, I’m eating a big bowl of salad every day. When you have a salad that often, salad dressings become VERY important. They add variety and keep my salad interesting!
What’s this challenge? We will be cooking a brand-new plant-based recipe every day for the next two weeks together! All recipes are pantry-friendly, easy to make, and will NOT require hard to find ingredients (because grocery shopping ain’t the same anymore!).
+ Giveaways: Follow along and if you make one of the recipes and post a picture of your creation in our Facebook group, you will be entered into a giveaway for a chance to win one of the editions of my digital cookbook “10 Vegan Meals in 1 Hour”. Winners will be picked every other day over two weeks!
Since so many of you are requesting more oil-free recipes, I thought to share my favorite homemade oil-free salad dressing recipes. If you give it a try, don’t forget to post a photo in a Facebook group to be entered into the giveaway!
