Vegan meal prep for the week is an excellent way to ensure you’re eating healthy, saving money, and reducing overwhelm and stress. Meal prepping will also help you stick with plant-based diet for the long-term.

I’ve been doing meal prep for quite a while now and I can instantly tell which recipes are easy to make and are meal prep-friendly. You all know I’m all about easy, efficiency, and maximum taste. I sifted through MANY recipes and compiled a collection of tasty vegan recipes that are easy to meal prep from both my blog and fellow vegan blogger friends.
